Important Dates for Applying to the Integrated Arts Program

IAP Applications are due Friday, January 10, 2025. Please complete all steps of the application process listed below.

Grade 8 Students:

Fill out the IAP Application Form. On the form, you will be asked to upload your grade 8 progress or most recent report card. Have it ready before you begin*
Ask a teacher from your current school to fill out the teacher reference for you and submit it by the due date^
Ask a parent/guardian to pay the $50 application fee on school-day by following these Instructions.

Grade 9-12 Students:

Request to transfer to Eastwood Collegiate. This step must be completed before submitting an IAP application:
1. WRDSB and WCDSBS students: ask your vice-principal at your current high school for a principal-to-principal transfer.
2. All other grade 9-12 students: Send an email to our Principal, Josh Windsor (josh_windsor@wrdsb.ca) with a recommendation from a Principal or Vice-Principal from your current school, a Credit Counselling summary or a transcript with a list of courses you’ve taken to date, and a copy of your most recent report card.
