The Ontario Student Transcript (OST) is the official record of a student’s academic achievement in Ontario at the secondary school level. Transcripts are required for application to post-secondary institutions and may be required for many other reasons such as employment. They are available from the last public secondary school you attended.

If the last public secondary school you attended was within the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) and you require your Ontario Student Transcript (OST), you may:

º  come in person to Counselling Services to order/pay or your OST, and/or

º  call Mrs. Gourley at 519-743-8265 ext. 4
