Looking to change your timetable?

  • If you want to change your courses for Semester 1, you have missed the deadline to sign up for changes.
  • If you want to change your courses for Semester 2 – you can do that anytime during Semester 1!
If you signed up to change your courses, then please be patient – you will be called down soon!
  • We will still be calling students down after Sept 11, 2025 – but we will not be taking new requests for changes after Sep 11.
  • We hope to have all course changes complete by Sept 18th, 2025.

IF YOU ARE MISSING A NECESSARY COURSE YOU CHOSE, OR A PREREQUISITE, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR COUNSELOR AND WE WILL SEE YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

REMINDERS:
  • We call into your classes to call you down to change your tiemtable.
  • PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR CURRENT SCHEDULE until we have a chance to meet with you.
  • If you are not in class when we call, you go to the end of the list and we move on to the next student.
Also please note:
  • We do not make course changes so you can be in the same class as your friends.
  • Once you have made Semester 1 changes with your counselor, those changes will be final.
  • We will do our best to make switches to E-Learning classes, but there is no guarantee that room will be available.
If you need an appointment for something other than a voluntary timetable change, please email your counselor directly.
