Summer Hours

The Main Office is open over the summer with reduced hours.  Office hours are as follows:

• Monday – Thursday
• 7:30am – 2:45pm

There will be minimal staff in the building, please contact the main office for general inquiries or email eci@wrdsb.ca.

Report cards will be available for pick up from the Main Office between 7:30am – 2:45pm.

• Grades 9, 10 & 11, pick up starts Monday July7^th
• Grade 12, pick up starts Wednesday July 9^th
• July 7^th – 10^th – Enter the school using the garden doors off Jackson Street
• July 14^th – July 17^th – Enter the school using the garden doors off Jackson Street
• We are under construction, for your own safety DO NOT wander around the school.  Please exit the same doors you entered.
• The school will be closed August 4th – August 8th.
• Report cards will also be available for pick up the the week of August 25th.

Regular office hours will resume the week of August 25, 2025.

All visitors are asked to report to the main office, including students.  Our custodial staff is working hard throughout the summer in preparation for the 2025 – 2026 school year.  Please exit the same doors you entered, do not wander around the school.
