For the safety and protection of scooters/bicycles at ECI, students who ride to school are encouraged to:

• Use the bike lock-up caged area at the front of the school. This area will be locked daily at 8:20 and re-opened again at the end of the day.
• Lock the wheels to the frame and both to a secure object. Use a U-lock style kryptonite lock.
• WRPS recommends you take a picture of you with your scooter/bike and record the serial number
• Store your bike in a well lit public location, preferably with video cameras

Eastwood cannot guarantee the security of any items that students bring to school. We have never had a theft from our bike cage when it is locked during the school day. Theft from other areas outside of the school has occurred occasionally.
