ECI Reopening on Monday, September 11

Eastwood Collegiate Institute will be reopening for learning on Monday, September 11. On Friday, our school experienced a sewer blockage, which Facility Services has been working to address. As a result of their hard work, our school is now able to reopen.

WRDSB flags flown at half-mast for Firefighters National Memorial Day

To mark Firefighters’ National Memorial Day on Sunday, September 10, flags at all Ontario government buildings, including Waterloo Region District School Board schools and offices, will be flown at half-mast this weekend. Firefighters’ National Memorial Day was instated by the Government of Canada in 2017 and is recognized annually on the second Sunday of September.
