$45 Application Fee – This link will take you to school-day where you can pay the application fee
Please note: the fee is non-refundable after the application due date, January 15, 2021.
Instructions for paying on school day:
If You Don’t Have An Account:
There are two ways you can sign up for an account. The first way is to sign up using an OEN number, BUT school-day will only let you sign up using an OEN if you are from certain school boards. If your school board is not of the list, then you’ll need to sign up for an account as a community member. It doesn’t matter which method you use to sign up for school-day. Either one will let you pay the fee. These instructions tell you how to sign up with an OEN number. These Instructions tell you how to sign up as a community member.
If You Do Have An Account:
You can use your current school-day account to pay the fee. The fee is under “Products” for Eastwood Collegiate. To find it, you have to add Eastwood as one of your schools. Here’s how you do that: Go to the dashboard on the left hand side of your school-day account and click on “schools and groups”. Next Click on “All Schools”. You will see a drop down list at the top of the screen that will let you choose a school board. Choose “Waterloo Region District School Board”. Next, Choose “Eastwood Collegiate” from the list of Schools. Once you’ve finished, you will be able see the application fee under Eastwood’s “Products”.
If, for any reason, you can’t pay the fee online, please contact the Arts Registrar at arlene_thomas@wrdsb.ca
